Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, financial services, data platforms, cloud, AI products, or regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, Technology Risk, or AI Governance frameworks.

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, AZ-900, Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or AI-related certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Technology Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or related areas.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong command of English and Thai, with the ability to effectively communicate, translate, and bridge discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and management presentations.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about learning new technologies, AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in leveraging AI tools to improve work quality, productivity, and business outcomes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools; Cowork is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Technology Governance activities across Data Platform, AI Products, Cloud, and Enterprise Technology environments.

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor technology policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.

  • Coordinate technology risk assessments, compliance reviews, audit activities, and remediation tracking.

  • Support governance oversight for technology projects, AI initiatives, and product implementation to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

  • Prepare governance dashboards, executive reports, committee materials, and management presentations for decision-making.

  • Analyze technology risks, compliance gaps, audit findings, and operational issues, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Business teams to drive governance and control effectiveness.

  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting, governance processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

  • Support CTO and Technology Governance Lead in strategic initiatives, governance programs, KPI tracking, and executive communications.

  • Continuously learn emerging technologies, AI trends, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory developments.

About Team & Role

Technology Governance Office acts as the "control tower" for Technology, providing governance oversight, risk visibility, compliance coordination, and executive insights to support the CTO and technology leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across Data Platforms, AI Products, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Technology Operations, and Banking Technology while working directly with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, AI-driven, intellectually curious, and passionate about using technology and data to solve problems, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
