Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure or Cloud engineer 

  • Databricks

  • Grafana and its related connectors

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in Big Data and Analytics.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Relevant certifications in data management, analytics, or project management are preferred.

  • IT operations experience is a plus.

  • Banking experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong programing skills e.g., SQL, KQL, python, terraform

  • Git and CI/CD Experienced 

  • Understand cloud components/services

  • Experience with data lake and ETL processes.

  • Familiarity with Power BI.

  • Understanding of data modeling and database design.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, enhancements, and change requests (CRs).

  • Monitor and troubleshoot TNC operations (data pipelines, platform, and BI services).

  • Implement approved enhancements and change requests.

  • Document and track issues, mitigation plans, and lessons learned.

  • Manage and prioritize the data and engineering backlog.

  • Provide monthly incident reports.

  • Assist in preparing management reports and meeting materials. 

  • Participate in management and working group meetings.
