Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge related data platforms.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or related roles in a tech/data-driven environment.
Experience with regulatory projects or BOT (Bank of Thailand) reporting is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of data modeling and technical design principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems and propose scalable solutions.
Ability to lead client workshops and training sessions confidently.
Responsibilities
Translate client requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Understand BOT’s regulatory requirements and map them accurately to clients' data models.
Identify and recommend appropriate technical solutions to address client challenges.
Collaborate with technology teams to estimate resources and plan deliverables.
Work with the PMO team to manage project delivery and ensure alignment with timelines and quality expectations.
Support the operation team and RDT office to ensure SLA targets are met for regulatory data submissions.
Drive adoption and effective utilization of GDZ among clients.
Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients on GDZ products and services.
Actively engage with clients to gather feedback, understand pain points, and propose enhancement opportunities.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively suggest improvements to client solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction across product and service delivery.
About Team & Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst / Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and internal technology teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with the BOT’s requirements and our data product, GDZ. This role involves understanding client needs, defining and translating requirements, supporting project execution, and leading solution adoption.
