Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, process engineering or a related field

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process architect/engineering role, especially in data and AI consulting environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in process design and development, with a track record of implementing successful process improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practice and Service Management tool such as ServiceNow

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to analyze complex issues, optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.

  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, be able to work with internal and external stakeholders, translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and clearly communicate process design solutions.

  • Knowledge of data management, data governance, data quality, data security & risk management, and data privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current ITSM processes for incident management, request fulfillment, problem management and process related to Data & ML operations identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts, for Data and ML operations processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as development and operations, to ensure alignment and address process roadblocks.

  • Design and develop technical and data operations processes.

  • Develop and maintain management and operational excellence dashboards to visualize key metrics and Business Unit KPIs.

  • Analyze data from dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities for further improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for ITSM and Data and ML operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may include assisting with special tasks/projects, provide guidance and training to end-users, training new team members, or participating in company-wide initiatives and working closely with risk management team.

About Team & Role

You will be responsible for managing the continuous improvement of various IT service management process such as incident, request fulfillment and problem management etc. You will also play a key role in designing and developing technical and data operations processes, such as event management, job monitoring etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining management and operational excellence dashboards to track business unit key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision making.
