Qualifications
15+ years of experience in project/program management, with 8+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives in financial services or banking.
Proven experience managing data and AI-related programs, preferably in a Center of Excellence or enterprise-wide context.
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, model risk management, and data security/DLP.
Experience working with consulting firms or system integrators on large-scale implementations is highly preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, DAMA, COBIT and PDPA/GDPR.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
DataX is looking for a highly experienced and bilingual Data & AI Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects initiatives across SCBX Group. This role is responsible for driving the execution of Center of Excellence (CoE) programs across four (4) key pillars: Data Governance, Data Privacy, Model Governance, and Data Security/Data Loss Protection.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing large-scale transformation programs in the financial services or banking sector, with a proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of CoE programs across SCBX Group companies, ensuring alignment with group-wide project management framework, data and AI strategy.
Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across DataX organization and across SCBX group companies.
Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional coordination e.g. business, technology, data, model, risk, compliance, legal, finance, audit and others, from senior executives to operational staff, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
Oversee program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the program including RFPs, vendor bidding, contract negotiation, payment, and invoice processing, etc.
Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data and AI (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, NIST CSF, PDPA, DAMA, COBIT).
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to SCBX group companies in implementing data and AI governance frameworks.
Monitor program KPIs, track progress, and report to the CRO and executive leadership.
Be capable of working within structured program and project management frameworks to manage large-scale and highly complex initiatives effectively.
