Proactive in risk management and maintaining compliance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
5–7 years of experience in project management for data platform, data warehouse, or regulatory reporting projects.
Proven experience in data implementation, cross-functional coordination, and vendor management.
Preferred: Strong understanding of data engineering, data quality, and regulatory data models (BOT RDT / DMS)
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills (Thai and English).
Experienced in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for data platform and BOT RDT initiatives.
Coordinate with Customer Project Managers, Customer IT Source Teams and Internal DataX teammates to align data scope, readiness, and integration.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure mitigation and escalation.
Communicate with SVP-level stakeholders and executives across business and IT.
Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, and contractual adherence.
Liaison with the RDT project team to ensure data mapping, data quality, and lineage are validated across all phases (SIT/UAT/Production)
Report on project status, progress, and regulatory milestones to Program Manager or Head of RDT Squad
About Team & Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Regulatory Data Reporting and Implementation Projects under the Bank of Thailand (BOT) framework.
This role ensures that data initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory standards — coordinating across DataX and Entity company in SCBX Group to enable enterprise-wide data readiness.
The PM serves as a key liaison among business, technology, and regulatory teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with Customer Project Managers, IT Source Systems, Data Engineers, Data Functional Analysts, QA/Data Quality Teams, Infra Engineers, Solutions Architect, Operation and Vendors.
