Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in banking, financial services, technology, or data-driven organizations
Hands-on experience managing AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
Good understanding of AI project lifecycles, including data pipelines, model development, validation, and deployment
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud / Platform teams)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle complex and demanding business environments
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Own and be accountable for the overall delivery of AI and data projects or multiple workstreams, including scope, objectives, timeline, budget, resources, and contractual deliverables
Lead project planning for AI initiatives, covering data preparation, model development, system integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Platform teams to define project plans, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with business requirements, use cases, and expected outcomes
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business priorities
Monitor and track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, governance requirements, and best practices for AI and data projects
Manage project documentation, reporting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Establish and maintain effective communication with Project Sponsors, business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Support transition of AI solutions into operations, including handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Apply industry best practices, standards, and methodologies relevant to AI, data, and cloud-based project delivery
About Team & Role
As a Project Manager (AI), you will lead and deliver end-to-end AI and data initiatives, from project initiation to production deployment. You will be accountable for managing complex, cross-functional projects involving AI models, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business objectives into executable AI project plans—ensuring delivery quality, timeline, and business impact.
