Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or related analytical roles. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software/tools. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. 

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus. 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications is desirable but not required. 


  • Support the management of the organization's project portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. 

  • Assist in developing and maintaining portfolio management processes, tools, and standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency. 

  • Analyze project data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with visibility into portfolio performance, progress, and outcomes. 

  • Conduct portfolio reviews and analysis to assess project health, risk exposure, and alignment with strategic objectives. 

  • Collaborate with project managers, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment of portfolio management activities with organizational goals. 

  • Assist in developing and implementing portfolio optimization strategies to maximize value delivery, resource utilization, and risk mitigation. 

  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to portfolio management, process improvement, and organizational change management. 

About Team & Role

Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is a centralized function, responsible for managing the portfolio of projects and programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and optimal resource allocation. PMO serves as a focal point for project management governance, standards, and best practices, providing support, guidance, and oversight to project managers and project teams.
