Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong experience in MLOps, with a focus on setting standards, designing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining ML models in production.
Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Cloud Platform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Python.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proven 3 years of experience in MLOps or related fields.
Responsibilities
Set and maintain standards for ML in production, focusing on scalability, maintainability, security, efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline machine learning workflows and optimize model performance.
Maintain and operate machine learning models in production, monitoring performance and resolving any issues that arise.
Optimize the processes of machine learning model projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and efficiency in ML operations.
Implement deployment and infrastructure for machine learning as code based on the standard model development lifecycle.
