Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching or scaling digital/fintech products.

  • Crisis communication and corporate reputation management expertise.

  • Event planning background, including webinars and conferences.

  • Graphic design or video production skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications preferably within fintech, data analytics, or financial services.

  • Proven track record in content creation, brand management, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Thai; ability to craft compelling, culturally aware messaging.

  • Strong project management skills; adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset: experience in setting communication KPIs, measuring impact, and optimizing results.

  • Familiarity with MarTech tools (CMS, email platforms, analytics, media monitoring tools).

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adept at thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communication PlanningDevelop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences (internal, enterprise, partners, media).

  • Content & Campaign ManagementCreate compelling content (press releases, thought leadership, social media, etc.) and manage multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.

  • Brand & Reputation ManagementEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints, monitor media coverage, and manage issues/crises with timely, effective responses.

  • Media & Stakeholder RelationsBuild strong media and industry relationships; coordinate press outreach, interviews, and leadership visibility.

  • Internal Communication & Change ManagementDrive internal engagement through communication programs, supporting product updates and cultural initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership.

  • Agency & Budget OversightManage agencies and internal teams; oversee budgets and report on communication performance.

About Team & Role

The Marketing Communication Manager will design and execute integrated communication campaigns that elevate SCB DataX’s presence across multiple channels. You’ll shape messaging strategies targeting B2B and internal audiences, manage external agencies, and oversee brand reputation.
