Preferred Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Bar (or equivalent qualification) in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in a legal environment

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of legal principles and procedures, including contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with litigation and intellectual property law is a plus.

  • Research and Analytical Skills: Excellent research and analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and interpret complex legal information and provide recommendations.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft legal documents, communicate legal advice effectively, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in legal documentation and contract management.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  • Ethical Standards: High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.


  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to support senior attorneys in making informed decisions.

  • Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized contract records.

  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

  • Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential liabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies.

  • Legal Documentation: Prepare legal correspondence, memos, and reports as required. Assist in maintaining legal documentation and records.

  • Legal Support: Provide assistance in legal proceedings, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and organizing case materials. Assist in managing litigation and external legal counsel.

  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Training and Education: Support legal training initiatives by developing training materials and conducting training sessions on legal topics for employees.

  • Collaborative Support: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including finance, human resources, and operations, to provide legal guidance and support on various projects and initiatives.
