Preferred Qualifications
Period of Intern: 4 - 6 months (or longer than)
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common computer hardware
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Basic understanding of IT support or Service Desk processes is a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and provide courteous user support
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities
Supporting end users with basic hardware and software issues (Windows / macOS)
Assisting with laptop and device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Handling basic service requests and incident tickets under supervision
Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities (device preparation, access checks)
Assisting with Microsoft 365 user support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Updating IT asset records and inventory tracking
Preparing or updating basic documentation such as user guides or SOPs
About Team & Role
The IT Operations / Endpoint Support Team is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure day-to-day IT operations for internal users across the organization. The team provides end-user support, manages endpoint devices, and supports onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain productivity and compliance.
As an Endpoint Support Intern, students will work closely with experienced IT support engineers and gain exposure to real-world IT service management practices. The role focuses on hands-on endpoint support, user interaction, and operational processes, providing a strong foundation for a future career in IT support or infrastructure roles.
