Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, and/or AI for Good. 

  • Understanding of financial processes such as lending and underwriting as well as alternative data. 

  • Experience in Responsible AI and privacy methods such as confidential computing or federated learning. 

  • Experience in working with MS Azure and/or building cloud-based Software as a Service. 

  • Familiarity with data and data science technologies, analytics tools, and business intelligence tools such as Spark, Databricks, Kafka, SQL, Power BI and the like. 

  • Verbal communication skills in Thai. 



  • Exceptional leader who has practiced leadership without authority, with a proven experience leading a product team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data and AI products. Proven track record of developing and launching successful products. 

  • Curious fast learner individual with entrepreneurship spirit, that can research the market and existing open-source offerings and come up with ideas how to do things better in a cost-effective way, while ruthlessly prioritize product backlog and able to communicate the “why”. 

  • Knowledge of the fintech industry, including emerging technologies and industry trends. 

  • Experience in building data and/or analytics product, recommendation engines, chatbots, cognitive services and the like. Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts and practice 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the exceptional ability to use data to drive decisions. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in English. 

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related field. 


  • Research customer needs, study the implications and available market solutions, nurture new ideas, harness stakeholders and partners and build/buy/partner for the right solution. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and use customer feedback to influence product development. 

  • Own our product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs to ensure an incremental value delivery, including defining product strategies, prioritizing features, defining hypothesis, and setting release timelines. 

  • Drive an agile product management lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption. Continuously review the business needs, define priorities, drive execution in a timely manner within budget. Continuously experiment and improve our products’ KPIs. Be able to balance between building quickly the “right thing” vs. building the “thing right”. 

  • Collaborate with our business teams to define pricing and charging mechanisms. Oversee the implementation of the necessary monitoring and measurement capabilities, to enable value-based revenue sharing agreements. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies. 

  • Collaborate with our business development and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, and to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and sold. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post- launch to evaluate future investment. 

About Team & Role

As the Head of Products, you will be responsible for leading our product teams and driving the development of our data and AI products. You will work closely with our customers as well as our engineering, data science and business teams to understand needs, develop product strategies, and execute on our product roadmap. You will also be responsible for managing our products’ lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption, and for ensuring that our products meet our customers' goals.
