Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the AI/ML or data science domain.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale AI projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with financial services data and analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage four specialized teams: AI/ML Engineers, AI Architects, Data Scientists, and AI Scientists.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems and solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional development within the teams.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Drive data-driven decision-making and promote the use of advanced analytics across the organization.
About Team & Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Advanced Analytics & AI to lead our AI/ML Engineer team, AI Architect team, Data Scientist team, and AI Scientist team. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI strategies to support DataX's mission and objectives.
