Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Fintech and AI concepts.
Prior experience supporting executives in research and development.
Advantage for prior work experience in global organizations that use English as their main communications language.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including management of multiple activities at the same time.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills by working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with high level of focus and accuracy.
Proven successful experience of at least 3 years working as a Corporate Secretary or Executive Assistant in Financial Services, Tech, and/or AI focused organization.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) and CoPilot.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Thai and English.
A high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external meetings. Proactively act as the first point of contact for all inquiries, screen calls and emails, and respond on behalf of the executives when necessary.
Meetings Coordination and facilitation: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including team collaborations, client engagements, and industry conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, gather, and distribute relevant materials, and take accurate meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion. Arrange for facilities, equipment, and catering as required.
Communication and Correspondence: Maintain effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring the dissemination of important information to relevant stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and prioritize items accordingly.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, other companies in the SCBX group, SCBX holding, partners, and vendors. Serve as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration. Represent the executives in a professional and courteous manner.
Information Management: Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and databases. Organize and manage data related to research projects, publications, and patents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Stay updated on organizational initiatives, and upcoming events to provide timely and accurate information to the executives.
Special Projects: Assist the executives in executing special projects, initiatives, and assignments. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Occasional support: Manage the to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) calendar support other Executives on a case-by-case basis.
