Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ year professional experience in Customer Success Management or alternatively in sales, account management, or business development.

  • 3+ year experience in IT, Data analytics, or Software development industry

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Exposure to banking and finance industry

  • Background in project management and/or software development life cycle management 

  • Experience in process design and engineering


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the DataX's customers: The customer success managers work closely with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and ensure that the DataX is delivering value to them.

  • Services/product offering and onboarding: The customer success managers ensure that customers are successfully onboarded onto the services/product offered by SCB DataX. The customer success managers work closely with customers as well as DataX internal team to understand the requirements, and to propose solution and pricing which fit the clients’ needs.

  • Account Management: managing accounts and overseeing the whole clients’ portfolio. The customer success managers work closely with customer to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and to ensure that customers are receiving the right level of support and guidance.

  • Customer Feedback: gathers feedback from customers to understand their needs and challenges, and to identify areas for improvement. They work closely with development teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into roadmaps and development plans.

  • Metrics and Reporting: tracks and reports on key measurement metrics related to customer success, such as and sales pipeline, customer satisfaction, retention rates, and service delivery/SLA reporting. 

About Team & Role

SCB DataX is looking for a customer success manager who is excited to work together with our clients on various data analytics services from data platforms to AI projects. The customer success manager day-to-day works will include maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, contributing to sales, onboarding clients to our services/products, and overseeing the service/product offerings to the clients. The customer success manager is expected to be able to understand client business demand, improve customer experience throughout the services/products life cycle, and handle customer requests and feedback.
