Preferred Qualifications
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset—likes to investigate "why" something broke or how to make a process faster.
Growth Mindset: Strong eagerness to learn cutting-edge AIOps tools, AI observability, and DevOps practices.
Collaboration: Good communication skills to work closely with DevOps, SRE, and AI engineering teams.
Qualifications
Programming: Strong foundational skills in Python and Bash scripting for automation and data handling; TypeScript is a plus.
Infrastructure & Cloud: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure is preferred), including Azure AI Foundry, and core concepts of Linux/Unix environments.
Containerization: Familiarity with Docker concepts (how containers work, basic commands), including CI/CD; software development experience is a plus.
Data & AI Literacy: Basic understanding of data analysis (using Pandas/NumPy), statistics, or machine learning concepts. Interest in how LLMs/AI can be applied to operational data.(เหมือนเดิม)
Monitoring Concepts: Conceptual knowledge of system monitoring (Metrics, Logs, Traces) in the context of AI systems. Knowing what Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack does is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Automation Support: Assist the team in writing Python or Bash scripts to automate routine operational tasks and data collection.
Observability & Dashboards: Help design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize system health, AI agent performance, and resource usage.
Data Pipeline Assistance: Help clean, process, and manage operational logs and metrics data (ETL) to feed into AIOps and analytics tools.
Alerting & Incident Analysis: Support the team in setting up basic alerting rules and assist in analyzing system logs to find the root cause of issues (Root Cause Analysis).
AI System Evaluation: Assist in tracking AI-specific metrics (e.g., latency, token usage, cost efficiency) and exploring LLM evaluation frameworks (like LLM-as-a-Judge) under mentor supervision.
Documentation & PoC: Participate in researching new AIOps tools, creating Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and maintaining clear technical documentation.
